JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibilities include the preparation of plan sets for water/sewer utility lines, wastewater treatment plants, sewer lift stations, water treatment plants, reservoirs, booster pump stations and related public works facilities. Duties include the assembly of large, complex drawing sets integrating plan sheets prepared by multiple technical disciplines and designers. The position requires significant use of Civil 3-D as a design tool for sitework and pipe networks, and requires excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- At least 3 years of experience with Civil 3-D, preferably in utility or roadway design.
- Graduation from a certified training program is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to use AutoCAD and Civil 3D as design tools is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well with others in a collaborative manner.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The anticipated salary range for this position (including year-end bonus) is $70,000 to $95,000, depending upon experience. Benefits include 401K retirement plan (with employer profit-sharing contribution), medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 8 paid holidays and paid time off starting at 15 days per year.
