Mike is the President of Gray & Osborne.  He has extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of municipal infrastructure projects.  Since joining Gray & Osborne, Inc. in 1997, he has provided project management, project engineering, and design engineering for a wide range of public works projects for agencies throughout Washington State as detailed below. Mike understands that maintaining good communication between client staff, stakeholders, and project team members is critical to the success of a public works project.  He excels at understanding the needs of each client and ensuring that those needs are met throughout the project.
