Nancy Wetch, the manager of the Yakima office, joined Gray & Osborne in 2002 and has since played a pivotal role in the planning, design, cost estimating, preparation of plans, specifications, bid documents, and construction administration for wastewater treatment facilities, water facilities, and utility projects across multiple municipalities. Nancy has provided wastewater consulting services to several cities throughout Eastern Washington, including Ellensburg, Wapato, Toppenish, Mabton, Richland, Pasco, and Yakima. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience and knowledge of funding programs, enabling her to expertly guide cities through the processes of planning, application, and utilizing various programs.
