JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with wastewater treatment design and construction experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project engineering and/or project management for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State. Key responsibilities include preparing facility planning documents, engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The role also includes construction management, start-up and testing, and operations assistance for our clients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
- Master’s degree in wastewater treatment is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10-20 years of experience in wastewater treatment and conveyance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated total salary (including year-end bonus) ranging from $110,000 to $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office—is available after 12 months of employment.
