Dominic joined Gray & Osborne in 1995 and works out of our Olympia Office. He is a principal in the firm and has served as project manager and project engineer on a numerous water, sewer, and stormwater system projects, including comprehensive planning, hydraulic modeling, design and construction services. His responsibilities have included the management of project teams, schedules, budgets, and approvals from regulatory agencies through design and construction. Over his career, he has worked almost exclusively with small to medium size cities and utility districts in Western Washington, including over 10 years each as the City Engineer for the Cities of Buckley and DuPont. Mr. Miller has participated and/or lead the site design for the Sammamish Water and Sewer District Decant Facility and Headquarters Expansion, the City of Buckley Trail Wells and Treatment Facility, and the City of South Bend CDBG Stormwater Improvement Project. In addition to this work, Dominic regularly participates in the QA/QC process for site development and facility design projects.
