Adam is the manager of the Wenatchee office and joined Gray & Osborne, Inc. in 2000 after working for the City of Lynnwood.  Adam has planned, designed, and managed the construction of public works projects for over 18 years.  Adam has recent experience in the design and construction of water systems and reservoirs, sewer systems and pump stations, parking lots, sidewalks and street improvements, facility improvements, storm drainage and detention facilities, stream bank restoration, and hatchery improvements.  He also has experience with funding, permitting, public participation, and environmental mitigation.  He has been involved in the writing of numerous planning documents, O&M manuals, I/I studies, and other engineering reports.  Adam has experience with construction management and inspection including contract execution, submittal review, design modifications, change order negotiations, and project closeout.
